Terms and Conditions of Sale

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS WEB SITE. PLACING AN ORDER FROM THIS WEB SITE CONFIRMS YOUR UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEB SITE.

1. Questions about your order. If, at any time, you have questions about your order, please call 1-800-234-4533.

2. Order/Delivery information. An automatic order acknowledgement will be sent, via email, to purchaser notifying purchaser that order has been transmitted to SFS intec, Inc. for processing. SFS intec, Inc. will validate credit card approval prior to entering order. Upon credit card approval, order will be entered. Purchaser will receive email confirmation with order confirmation number. If SFS intec is out of stock on an item ordered, purchaser will receive an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be purchaser's choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to purchaser's credit card until they are shipped.

3. Pricing. EVERGRIP^® pricing is current list pricing. ProfileVent pricing is current list pricing with standard $5.00 handling fee added. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment. SFS intec accepts Visa® and MasterCard^® for online purchases. We are unable to accept cash, checks, wire transfers or C.O.D. order for online purchases.

5. Shipping Outside the Continental US. SFS intec's Buy On-line program is designed for shipment within the continental United States. For orders outside the continental US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and all international addresses, please contact us for shipping quote. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping quotes do not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, brokerage fees or other internationally related charges

6. Cancellations/Changes. Cancellations/changes can only be accepted if order has not yet shipped. Please call SFS intec at 1-800-234-4533 immediately should you need to cancel or make a change to your order. Should notification of cancellation/change be received by SFS intec, Inc. after your order has shipped, charges associated with the return of product will be the responsibility of purchaser and a 15% restocking fee will be applied prior to refund. Shipping charges are not refunded.

7. Returns. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.

Required Documentation: All returns must include customer receipt and the original packing slip.
Restocking Fee: There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returned items. Refund to credit card will reflect amount of returned item less the amount of restocking fee.
Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping, handling and insurance charges. Shipping charges are not refunded. COD return shipments will not be accepted and SFS intec assumes no liability for unaccepted COD shipments.
Processing of credit card refunds: Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.

8. Products. Content and Specifications. All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this Web Site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in this Web Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.

9. Shipping Limitations. When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

10. Accuracy of Information. SFS intec attempts to ensure that information on this Web Site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, the information on this Web Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy or currentness of any information on this Web Site.
