SFS intec e-coat is the most
scientifically advanced coating system in the flat roof market
today. SFS intec e-coat is a specially formulated cathodic epoxy
made up of small particles that are electrically driven and compressed
onto each fastener, providing the ultimate in corrosion resistance
coupled with increased lubricity for ease of installation.
Each SFS intec e-coat color exceeds 30 cycles of virtually rust-free
performance in Kesternich testing.

SFS intec Standard Gray
The latest SFS achievement in superior coating technology, standard
gray e-coat is less noticeable on the underside of galvanized steel and
painted white decking. This is a valuable cost savings for
applications where the underside of the deck will be exposed, such as
in "big box" type retail stores and modern warehouses.
Standard gray e-coat, used on all #12, #14, #15, purlin, nailbase and
log fasteners, eliminates the need for white fasteners in these
applications. There is a not an e-coating used in the flat
roof market today that compares with standard SFS gray e-coat for
combined corrosion resistance and aesthetic appearance.
SFS intec Standard Black
Used on all K-Fast and ZAC anchors, standard black exceeds 30
Kesternich cycles and has been the benchmark coating that others in the
industry strive to match.
